Nan Glauser & Erin Boorman

Nan Glauser

I took my first Kundalini Yoga class at (the then) Dixie State College around 2011. I was in wonder about how I felt in my body during that first class. It kept me coming back! I completed my Level 1 Instructor Certification (200-hr) in the Fall of 2016 with the Kundalini Research Institute. I began teaching at that time. In 2018, I began my Level 2 Certification courses. In August of 2025, I will have completed Level 2—and my total Certification will be 500-hrs. I am still in fascination about this technology, and I love teaching it. I love seeing the positive effects that this yoga brings to my students. It’s so fulfilling!
I am a single mother of 8 children! I have 14 grandchildren. Originally from Salt Lake City, I have lived in the St. George area for 32 years. I love it here!

Erin Boorman

I have been teaching yoga for over 12 years, 7 of those years teaching Kundalini Yoga. I love Kundalini because of the breathwork, the mantra, the meditation, and the way it makes you feel after experiencing a Kriya (class). I believe in creating a space for students to be able to explore their inner self and experience the profound healing potential of kundalini yoga. I am a 200 hour Hatha Yoga teacher and a level one Kundalini teacher. I am also a Mental Health Counselor and an artist. I would love to have you join me on the mat and experience the transformative potential of Kundalini Yoga.
